49. Very true. Women of color are even more likely to get disrespected.

It's sooo ridiculous that this is still a "thing," as they say.

And this is on a supposedly progressive board. And then some men are chiming in to give "attaboys!" to the poster.

I wonder if they would do it if the poster had called a grown man a "boy", especially a black man? I seriously doubt it. But they think it's fine to condescend to women and then basically tell us to stop being hysterical.
