17. That's wonderful - especially with what property there is worth these days

I had to leave eventually due mainly to costs.

But I do miss it - even a few of my GOP acquaintances, believe it or not.

A lot of them really are "tax" Republicans, rather than bigoted Republicans - although they don't mind sharing the same bed, as you know.
