Are you assuming that when they said that they were going to report the incident that they were gonna report you. You return to bunch of items that? Were obviously moldy or gone bad on the shelf...

By law in virtually every state then items that are spoiled or out of date or found to be molded or on the shelf by law they are responsible. To remove the items and to check the items and to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the stuff that they're selling...

They were in no way shape or form bullying you. They were obeying the law and you treated them as if they were treating you badly when they said they had to report it and they were gonna.
