We know he was hopping mad that China wouldn't pay his Tootsie $2 billion.

The CIA and Penatgon would've never gone along with such a a hare-brained scheme - but:

We know he used mercenaries - the failed Operation Gideon in Venezuela (basically, a mini Bay of Pigs) proved that.

Sounds crazy, I know - but if a Democrat had been in office, this is pretty much how Repugs would posit the pandemic origins controversy.
