In reply to the discussion: OUTRAGE Builds As Arizona Continues To COUNT VOTES [View all]BlueCaliDem
(15,438 posts)25. Democrat Rich Carmona changed his mind? YAY!!
He should have been patient and waited with conceding until ALL the votes were counted. This is, after all, ARYANzona, home of the racists, xemophobes, white-power supremacists, and SB1070. NO DEMOCRAT, let alone Latino Democratic candidates should utter the word concede until ALL votes have been counted fairly.
I'm happy to read that he's changed his mind regarding concession. Rightwing Flake should not get away with stealing his seat in Congress, just as his co-horts all across the country have tried.
Federal elections should be taken back under Federal oversight, not state. Congress can do this if they want to. Let's hope they do or we'll have this shit going on each and every election!

One of the best results of 2012 elections would be the defeat of Joe Arpaio.

Beyond dirty! If he's defeated, one should expect Arpaio investigations to get the green light.
