1. Place pulse probe on patient's finger.
2. Speak these words: "Donald Trump was the greatest president who ever lived and Ron DeSantis is the perfect governor."
3. If pulse does not immediately increase by 50 bpm, refuse to treat patient on grounds that you don't do business with Republicans.
