So....
Mind you, if I got a little extra money, the long trip to the little corner store across from the Ronstadt bus station downtown ( Johnny Gibson's Downtown Market) is a plus.
They have the best bacon and sausage. And fresh vegetables. There dairy is not bad either. But one does have to pay for quantity.
And they serve, in my opinion, the best cup of coffee in town. It's cheap and oh so good. Only thing cheap in the store but the quality is up there with the all the stuff they sell.
It part convenience store, part grocery store.
There's been times I've gone there on a Sunday morning to buy a cup of coffee and a news paper to read while waiting for the bus back to the apartment. The busses are even hour on Sundays so it makes for a nice outing once in a while when I feel up to it.
I haven't been there for a while though. Thinking about it, maybe I'll try this Sunday. Put Sonny's vest and shoes on him and take a trip.
If you're in the area and see a woman woman in a wheelchair with a Chihuahua in a service vest.....
