Can Broadwell be charged with adultery under the UCMJ? I believe she's active reserves [View all]

I don't know the military law well enough but I think its interesting everyone's focusing on whether Petraeus could be charged (if the affair was going on while he was active duty which by all accounts they two of them looked VERY intimate....).

But I haven't heard if she's likely to be charged.

Anyone know?
