Attorney 1, so he believes, presumably, that he's reviewed all the boxes for classified items that must be turned over to the FBI and NARA. But he didn't, again, presumably. That resulted in Atty 3, at atty 1's request, falsely certifying that the documents had been properly identified and surrendered.
That's unmitigated proof that djt willfully broke the law(s).
