This is a criminal trial. She could outright dismiss the charges. She could rule that certain key evidence isn't allowed. And even if he's convicted, she could give him probation.

Pretending like she can't do massive damage is 100% wrong. She can completely destroy this entire case and allow Trump to walk free.
