his return to the Presidency will make this all go away. So, he's going to use this to destroy his supporter's faith in the judiciary, and our systems of government, and do irreparable harm that will hand him back the Presidency--which he will turn into a fascist autocracy. He already believes he is unbeholden to any restrictions.

Fani Willis simply must go ahead with her charges, because while I think a jury will convict Trump on these current charges, I believe Judge (Loose) Cannon will give a directed verdict regardless and declare him not guilty OR will simply sentence him to essentially nothing in terms of a sentence.

But no, I do not believe he can be convinced, especially now that Cannon is on the case, that he is at risk and to agree to a plea deal. It was reported he had a broad smile when the magistrate referred at the very end yesterday that he'd be turning all else over to the trial judge, Judge Cannon.

And, unless she is more stupid than I imagine, she will skirt most INITIAL outrageous opinions that could give grounds for DOJ to go to the 11th circuit to request her removal, so my guess is that we are stuck with her.
