Big difference.
No way Trump takes a plea deal on docs, sedition and at least two state cases combined.
Its just not going to happen the way you described it.
Separate plea bargains for charges remaining after he loses in 2024 are a slim possibility, less likely than a pardon from a Republican president. I can see Trump cutting a deal with DeSantis for a Pardon if he drops out of the race before he would cut a deal with Smith.
I cant see all of these prosecutors agreeing to absolutely no prison time, especially DOJ if its still under Democratic control.
