Recall that a few days ago TFG was screeching about the Stalinists and communists going after him. In retrospect he was probably baiting that Cuban diaspora.

Then the first place he went after arraignment was to that restaurant full of Cubans whose parents and grandparents had probably raised them to hate communists.

Capitalizing on hate.
