What Will It Take? [View all]

I've been wondering "What will it take" for the GOP and MAGA supporters to finally "See the light". Like I did years ago as a fiscal conservative who was a Republican. My evolution was a process and I've voted "best candidate" for the last twenty plus years. I've voted both parties. I've educated myself, learned to research data and have focused on actual facts over rhetoric.

The MAGA folks today don't seem to be able to comprehend reality. They drank the Kool Aid of the GQP and they're just oblivious. Can ANYTHING make them see the light?

I can totally see the GOP not doing anything to fix Social Security. I can totally see a benefits cut of 25% at some point in the future. Is that what it will take? Suddenly everyone on Social Security having their checks reduced. That's the GQP goal after all.

Would they even realize what happened though? Would they comprehend WHO is responsible? Would they be able to formulate the logical factual answer? I have doubts. Stupid is as stupid does... and these people are just stupid.
