so you can bet he's going to be sued into a cardboard box under an overpass somewhere.
Those waivers aren't going to be worth the paper they're on when this is considered by any court.

That ceo may regret his firing. Safety should be #1 priority, esp. on such a vessel. nt

While they signed a waiver, I don't think that covers gross negligence. I may be wrong.
