for when that happens. We would actually be in worse shape had the Repugs had their act together when Trump won in 2016 and had the House and Senate R too. The fact that they didn't repeal Obamacare and mess up even more things was only because their internal squabbling and Trump's real disinterest in real governance ham strung them. Had they has things mapped out and ready to go we would have been even more screwed.
