And he's sent me some of her filings, she's lied over & over about him in court, or at least drastically embellished the facts.

But she (and her family) have money and a good lawyer.

This is my half-brother, son of our late dad, who was always broke (as is his mother, who's thankfully still around and a wonderful nana to the kids).

I at least have my birth mother and step-father, who have done very well for themselves, and helped me out with my lawyer, etc. My AZ divorce was very fair and equitable. Not the case for my bro in CA.
