42. I know someone who worked in Hollywood for fifty years.

Now retired. Worked behind the scenes, makeup and hair. I don't have permission to talk about her resume, but she worked on some blockbusters. Loved the work but had no love for certain people in the business, particularly men in power. Not a good place to be a woman, she's said more than once. I can't say she would agree with AZ. But I don't think she'd say he was wrong.
