13. Abrams is 75. Why would any Democratic administration "have to deal" with him

when the Clinton and Obama ones successfully ignored him for 16 years? If he, or a supporter, has leverage over this administration to force the appointment of a man convicted of lying to Congress, and widely seen as enabler of crimes close to genocide, then we need to know who has that power.
