(170,539 posts)for military personnel needing an abortion, to go to other states that allow it if they are stationed in a state that doesn't.
The vote was 221 - 213 (with 2 Republicans in swing districts opposing and voting with Democrats, including Brian Fitzpatrick here in PA in PA-1). There were 6 members not voting (3 (D)s including my Rep. and 3 (R)s)

They also slapped a bunch of amendments on to prohibit funding trans-care procedures.
This sucker would be DOA in the Senate and the Senate already has their own version that would probably be sent to the House as "an Amendment as a Substitute" to whatever garbage, if it passes the House, makes it to the Senate at all.
