7. In Texas, we have to request an application for vote by mail

every year.

Once the application is sent to the voter and returned to the Elections Office, the voter will receive every ballot for the entire years.

But we do apply for them every year.
Are they past a deadline to request applications?

We just request every January or at least early in the year.
