1. Here's What I Wonder About The Whole "Texas Secession" Thing

When I saw the election returns, I noticed that 41% of Texas voted for Obama. Are you telling me that they are SO racist and ignorant in Texas that they're willing to ignore 41% of their population? Obviously, the answer is yes, but I find it interesting and sad that while the REST of the Republican Party is soul searching and trying to think of ways to widen their appeal, Texas Republicans are going the COMPLETE OPPOSITE direction.

You know, the LAST time a State seceded from the Union, it was considered an act of treason/act of war. Is the Texas militia ready to take on the United States Army? If not, then let me propose an alternative solution. The 59% of Texans who are outraged enough to not want to be Americans anymore? You don't have to secede. You can just leave. There are 300 other countries to choose from. Take your pick. A Texas that is 100% free of ignorant, racist rednecks wouldn't hurt my feelings at all. In fact, I'd love to have all 38 of those Electoral Votes on our side of the column every year. So if you want to leave the Union, I say, "Buh-bye." You won't be missed.
