47. The only way around them that I know of

is the balloon trick, which is applicable only to women. I've heard of drinking lots of water so that you're needing to go the the restroom every 10-15 minutes and when your urine is colorless is when you take the UA. Other than that, do you know of any other ways that you'd be willing to share either on the board or privately?
