Is getting kicked out. Did they make all the right decisions? no. Do any of us? They have two older dogs and I can maybe help with that. There are dog sanctuaries out there that will take in older dogs and take care of them. I can at least email them to see if they can help.
There are no human sanctuaries out there.
They are on disability and have applied for all government help and have not gotten any, so no need to give us guidance for any of that. They opened a go fund me and that didnt work either (gave as much as I could to that). He has 5 days left at his house.
But,
There are no human sanctuaries out there.
And that says a lot about us.
Eko.

OP
We would be a better society if we had a swifter, more wide ranging emergency response

Awful. Perhaps he could find someone who needs a roommate, or just has a room to rent?
