The battle is between justice and the arena of public opinion. [View all]

Trump's strategy is to defeat the evidence and the facts, that might come out in a jury trial, by persuading enough people through propaganda and public opinion, to make it very difficult to get a conviction from a jury.

He will flood the airwaves with disinformation and misinformation that will make it very difficult to bring together a fair and unbiased jury. His goal is to pollute the jury pool, with the assistance of the media, in my opinion.

Which will influence the people the most? The facts and evidence presented by the prosecution or the alternative confusion surely to come from the Trump side?

For example, they want the people to believe that it is not about crimes that were committed, it is about free speech, especially free political speech. Their aim is to cover the walls with spaghetti and confuse the masses.

Their defense campaign has already begun.
