Trump's #1 goal is to delay, Jack Smith's #1 goal is speed.

Jack Smith will not act on anything that would delay the trial. Trump is going to appeal whatever happens today.

When in heaven's name are people going to understand that Time Matters?

Everything that Trump is doing is to delay the trial until after the election, everything that Jack Smith is doing is to get Trump to trial before the election.
