That requires a witness, unless the parties stipulate to the admission of an exhibit. Trump isn’t going to do that.

If she was seeking legal advice from her attorney, that’s privileged, whether it’s “marked so” or not. Conversations with an attorney within the scope of the representation are privileged, and they certainly aren’t “marked.”
