53. I'm talking too of what the traditionalists will say

Right wingers or conservatives. I don't agree with double standards, but the right wing will tell you happily all about them. Women are not "hard wired" to do things like cheat. In fact we are the ones who make the home and have the babies and that's why we prefer older and stable men (according to this double standard rule) while men want to do as many women as possible to "spread their seed" or such other BS. Which makes it a mystery why they aren't for polygamy. But leave it to conservatives not to make sense.

So that is why a conservative is the one feeling sorry for poor General P. He's hard wired to want other women, what can the poor guy do? Of course he overlooked that she was hard wired to stay home tending to her children, but conservatives overlook that or just rule that particular woman evil.
