15. Weiss has already spent 5 years investigating Hunter Biden.

Yet he asked Garland to be mad a special counsel, which gives him essentially unlimited power to investigate every aspect of Hunter’s life, and even his relatives including Joe Biden. So after spending 5 years investigating Hunter and coming up with crimes that Hunter acknowledges, and has already settled his tax debts, why does Weiss want even more time and power to investigate Hunter. It is reasonable to fear that this will become a Ken Starr type witch hunt to damage Biden for his re-election. For example, it shouldn’t take 5 years to investigate pretty straightforward tax issues, nor the illegal purchase of a handgun. Violations like that happen every day in the US. So why did Weiss drag this investigation out with no resolution? It gave Republicans the opportunity to keep Hunter in the public eye and to label the Bidens as a crime family. We don’t yet know that Weiss is another Comey, but the potential is certainly there.
