36. I'm 57 and doing the same labor I've done in my 20's

I feel that If I got an easier job where I wasn't moving and lifting all day that I would fall apart. I'd gain weight and my body would start weakening. I see many my age with easier jobs or no jobs just fall apart. I've seen way older people than I live and move and get by pretty well if they keep moving. I fear retirement at younger ages may be bad for some. Would be bad for me at least.
This doesn't mean the government needs to raise it.
