There's zero proof the clip was even removed. Even if it was, you should ALWAYS check to see if a shell is in the chamber. Period. Which doesn't begin to speak to the insanity (intentional terror) of placing that gun against that little girls chest and pulling the trigger, which should never ever be done. Let alone to a tiny 4 year old child to teach them "gun safety" and that's if her deranged story is to be believed.

Her story doesn't hold water and frankly stinks like a week old fish.

It reads as if she meant to terrorize the poor child and either pulled the trigger accidentally or intentionally. Either way it's sick and that little child was no doubt petrified with fear before she died.
