It feels far less simple than you suggest.
I barely drink. How would a liquor store owner that I'm not one if the problems? Digitally track everybody's purchase of alcohol?
No thanks. I buy bourbon to add flavor to chili. I but tequila to flavor taco meat. I buy wine to cook with.
I don't even drink it. My purchases are the government's business? I think not.
