in United States v. Quiroz. A federal district court judge in Texas (a TFG appointee, of course) held that a statute making a gun purchase by someone who has been indicted but not yet convicted illegal, is a violation of the 2nd Amendment. Oral argument was in February; the opinion has not yet been released. It is likely to go to the Supreme Court, regardless of the outcome.
