9. I'm not a boomer, but this is unnecessarily divisive.

Did you live without air conditioning this summer? Do you walk to work? To the dentist? To take a vacation? Do you subsist on oatmeal?

The boomers did no more than what every generation since the dawn of humankind has done : try to live better than their parents did, and give their children a chance at an even better life. There was no cultural pressure to “save the earth” when the boomers were young. I’m older than them, so I know. You’re imputing today’s norms onto a time when those norms did not exist.

No fairer than judging you on some norm that will appear 30 years in the future and about which you now know nothing.
