When I was growing up, there was a general mistrust for anyone having 'beady little eyes'.

When I was a boy, there was a phrase, 'Don't trust anyone over thirty'.

When I was an adolescent, there was an idea someone with a comb-over was hiding something.

Amazing, as a senior, these have all gotten lost over the decades!
