8. Looking at executive pay doesn't tell the whole story.

Look at the list.

35 employees making $1M+ annually.

Look at the wages of Doctors. Lots of Cardiologists, Oncologists, etc... makes 350-450k a year nowadays... Hotshot surgeons and super duper specialists, 600k+

Hell, lots of RN's make 120k a year...

Take those top 35 employees and give them a pay cut to the average salary of an MD... and distribute their "excess pay" to 300,000 other workers and it might cover a Starbucks Venti Latte per day for a year.
