There was one poster that said that the price at the pump would be up 30-40 cents on Monday. I paid less on Monday than I did a week ago.
The recent high for a barrel of oil was $93.68 on September 27. It dropped to $81.28 on October 6. It climbed back to $86.57 early today, but has since dropped back down to below $86. In other words, its still more than $7 less than it was two weeks ago.
