Just seem to be getting away with "Insurrection". I think of this all the time how can the same people like Hawley and Loudermouth stay in power when we saw them commit crimes? Loudermouth by giving tours of the capital on Jan 5. Hawley by rallying the throngs with his fist pump. (Is that aid and comfort?) also idk where I read it but wasn't Ted Cruz supposed to take over the reading of the ballots after Pence was taken away? you can't tell me that there wasn't a plan in place. If your right and there has to be a conviction of TFG to prove a crime on the lower guys. Then we are a very long way from that happening considering the pace of everything so far.

I suspect that sitting congresspeople are off limits to prosecutors, for various reasons.
