3. Almost all mass killings (and some others) are "advertised" in advance, usually on social media.

The only recourse that I see in practice is a restraining order, in domestic violence cases, perhaps in some others, and those are too often ignored.

The Constitution’s preamble, hence purpose, incudes “ establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility” . at the very least, loose interpretation of the 2nd amendment contradicts the preamble, and justice applies only to certain people, not all.

We need to do better.
