23. Yes another very interesting case of someone psychotic able to plan crimes and eluding LE.

Dahmer was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD),
schizotypal personality disorder (StPD), and a psychotic disorder,
but he was found to be legally sane at his trial.

So he knew right from wrong. And understood the consequences of his actions.
Even though he was quite psychotic and acutely disturbed.
