83. I agree. Israel has asked why people didn't

take their children and leave given they had forewarning. Some have suggested Hamas will not allow it? Palestinian officials have indicated Hamas kills Palestinian children, blaming Israel for PR purposes. Others have said the refugee camps held mainly Hamas militants, which is why many of the survivors of bombings are fully grown men. Perhaps some of the militants have families who become casualties?

Horrific situation all around - regardless. No child deserves to be victimized by war. But I wouldn’t say with certainty that Israel is responsible for all civilian deaths under the circumstances.
