I originally collected from my husband's account, because we were divorced, and then at age 70 switched to my own SS account. Because his birthday was earlier than mine, I continue to get my current deposit on the third Wednesday, because that's where his birthday put it.

I'm honestly puzzled at the reports of deposits showing up at different times.
