13. Musk is not really that intelligent. But he does what a normally good CEO does and that is to hire good people.

He did hire great scientists for SpaceX. He did buy a fledgling e-car company and hire some great people for it. But age and misc drugs gave him the big head and here we are at Twitter. Everyone is lucky that he hired great people for the top jobs at Tesla and SpaceX.
