Cruelty to animals? Reckless endangerment of a child?

How effing horrible of him. Poor dog!

Siberians are good dogs. Yes, they bark. They do like to wander. But, they're great pets.

How did the shooter get blood on his hand and shirt? He's very lucky he didn't shoot the kid.

A civil suit is probably coming up. But, the parents seem very mild mannered. And they have to live next to this maniac.
