That's what authoritarians, purists and radicals always do once they get some power, no matter how little it actually is...
Once you're sitting at the head table, it means you've beaten the other teams - so you're safe to start going after internal "enemies".

I'll gladly lend them some of my own cutlery to help them take care of their personal business. Just got to be careful not to get any further involved.
