The ACA cost Dems big time in 2010.
Fast forward to TFGs tax cuts in 2017, and the ACA is more popular than the tax scam.
In 2018, Dems win the House, in part because of Obamacare.
In 2022 and 2023, Dems win many races because of Dobbs.
So, this thing took away healthcare for many women, made it harder for them to get healthcare and did a lot of damage to their health, and he wants to take healthcare away from 40 million people, which has saved lives?
How at all is this a winning platform?

Exactly. Republicans attacks on the ACA in 2017-2018 helped them win the House in 2018 (and thank god they did)
