72. Uncouth barbarians!

There's something to be said for good table manners. On the one hand it sounds rather pretentious, yet it can be rather annoying to be dining with someone who hasn't a clue. We have a distant family member who fits this category. I tend to switch back and forth between American and Continental, depending on the venue and the meal.
