1. Abortion rights.

2. The prospect of a fascist dictator taking over the US


These issues are, IMO, separate from the Biden/Trump contest. Voters can whine until kingdom come about either candidate, but they also know the issues that are in their collective faces. They know that they want to keep their abortion rights, and they know which candidate led the political wave to eliminate those same rights-- the fascist dictator. So these pivotal issues circumvent the standard political battle lines. Result: Trump loses by over 12 million votes.
