75. Right. Many more died in WWII

Estimates are that 125,000 civilians died in Berlin during the 2 week period called “The Battle of Berlin.” And that doesn’t count the 10’s of thousands of civilians killed during the strategic bombing campaign.

My mother and grandmother lived in Berlin during that period. My mom told me things that would make your hair curl.
