It's a pretty loose term, but it generally applies to Marxists who support violent opposition to all things Western but particularly "capitalism" and "imperialism"; they tend to idolize "Revolutionaries" like Mao, Stalin, Shining Path, and the like. The term supposedly originated with the use of Russian tanks to crush Hungarian resistance…they're quite a nasty little lot, and unfortunately it seems they're moving from an amusing curiosity into an actual terrorist threat, if currently rather incoherent and screechy.
